Quality Assurance Engineer IV

Job Title: QA Engineer/SDET
Duration: 6 Months C2H
Location: Onsite (No Remote/No Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $50–$55/hour (Max)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years overall experience in software testing and automation
We are excited to share an opportunity for a QA Automation Engineer role at Fintech Client. This position is 100% onsite, and candidates must be comfortable working from the office daily.

• Develop, maintain, and scale robust automated test frameworks.
• Design and implement automated test cases for APIs, UI, and backend services.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab CI.
• Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter, Gatling, Load Runner, or equivalent.
• Work collaboratively within Agile/Scrum environments to ensure delivery goals are met.

• Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in software testing and automation.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
  • Automated test framework development and maintenance.
  • CI/CD integration (Git Lab CI preferred).
  • Performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Unit, Integration, Regression, and System Testing.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.

• A proactive individual who can take ownership of automation processes, not just execute scripts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
