We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work on customizing Salesforce to meet business needs, integrating external systems, and ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.

In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta, GA is $110K -$120K /year & benefits (see below).

• Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Salesforce technologies including LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging out‑of‑the‑box Salesforce features, complemented by custom configurations and code.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Manage the full software development life cycle, including development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Utilize Dev Ops tools and processes such as FLOSUM, Jenkins, or other CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline deployment processes.
• Use Salesforce Metadata API via ANT migration tool for configuration management and deployment.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates, releases, and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes.

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce customization, configuration, and development capabilities.
• Proven experience with Dev Ops processes and CI/CD tooling such as FLOSUM, Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Metadata API and ANT migration tool.
• Practical experience in designing and implementing REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Solid understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and application.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in Wealth Management or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem products and integration with other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Test‑Driven Development.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and take on challenging tasks.
• Experience with data loads, exports, and working with large volumes of data in Salesforce.
