Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands‑on expertise in Salesforce Agentforce (mandatory) to design, develop, and implement AI‑driven customer service and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Lightning platform capabilities
.
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Agentforce for AI‑powered service workflows
- Implement and configure Salesforce Service Cloud, including Omni‑Channel, Flows, and Case Management
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce
- Integrate Agentforce with Einstein AI, Flows, and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Optimize automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), and Agentforce actions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment using CI/CD tools
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Agentforce (MANDATORY)
- Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation
- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein / AI capabilities (preferred with Agentforce)
- Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.)
- Prior experience in AI‑driven customer service implementations
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus
