Software Engineer, Backend Developer, Golang

We are seeking a Senior Golang Developer to support a large-scale telecom and IoT initiative.

12+ months contract

2-3 rounds of interview (video calls)

This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance backend systems that process large volumes of device and telemetry data using MQTT and AWS cloud technologies.

You will collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to design, implement, and launch new features while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across distributed systems.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to define and deliver new features
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend services and microservices in Golang
• Build and manage server-side MQTT services (MQTT 3.x and
  5) for IoT device connectivity and data stream handling
• Implement and maintain RESTful and gRPC APIs for service integration
• Develop systems for reliable data acquisition, transformation, and processing
• Optimize performance using Go concurrency for high message volume workloads
• Build distributed system solutions for load balancing and service coordination
• Write clean, efficient, well-tested code and participate in code reviews

• Strong hands‑on experience with Golang
• Experience working with AWS cloud services
• Solid experience building and maintaining APIs (REST and/or gRPC)
• Practical experience with MQTT protocols (3.x and/or
  5)
• Experience working with distributed systems
• Strong understanding of backend performance optimization
