Java Software Engineer

We are looking for Java Developer to join a technologically advanced environment focused on developing and enhancing Private Banking Group and Sales applications. This role involves building high‑performance, scalable, and secure enterprise applications that support mission‑critical banking platforms and ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Core Java, Service‑Oriented and Microservices architectures, and modern Spring‑based frameworks, along with a solid understanding of the banking technology landscape.

This role requires collaboration across global teams and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that integrate existing platforms with proprietary system builds.

• Hands‑on development using Java and related technologies
• Design and development of enterprise Java applications and scalable Microservices‑based solutions
• Collaborate closely with global business and technology teams using Agile methodologies
• Actively participate in sprint grooming, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and Agile ceremonies
• Contribute to solution design with a focus on security, performance, scalability, and maintainability

• 05+ years of hands‑on experience with Core Java (Java 1.8 or higher)
• Strong expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Security
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and design principles
• Experience with Java, J2EE and Web Services (REST, SOAP, MQ, Tomcat)
• Strong database experience including Design, Development, SQL, PL/SQL, and Performance Tuning (preferably DB2)
• Practical experience with Microservices frameworks, event‑driven services, and cloud‑native application development
• Experience designing and developing user interfaces using Angular
• Strong understanding of enterprise application requirements (security, entitlements, access control, etc.)
• Excellent understanding and application of Design Patterns
