Computer programmer - AI​/ML

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Computer programmer with 2 years of experience building scalable backend systems and distributed microservices. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Python, Node.js, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems.

You will work on high-performance REST APIs, automation pipelines, and cloud-native applications that support scalable, resilient systems.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Build and optimize high-performance REST APIs integrating multiple external services
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS (S3, SNS, RDS, Boto3) and Azure
• Optimize database performance through schema design, indexing, and partitioning
• Build automation pipelines using Python and Airflow to streamline internal workflow
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to integrate ML models, LLM APIs, and AI-driven features
• Maintain high system reliability, uptime, and performance standards
• Contribute to system design discussions and architecture decisions

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Knowledge of Node.js and Microservices Architecture
• Hands‑on experience with Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, or other relational databases
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
• Experience working in Agile development environments

• Experience integrating Machine Learning models or LLM APIs
• Knowledge of Generative AI, RAG pipelines, or AI Agents
• Frontend experience with React or Angular
• Experience with Redis, Dynamo

• 2 years of hands‑on software engineering experience
• Strong problem‑solving and system design skills
• Ability to optimize performance and scalability
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams

• Experience improving system performance and reducing database latency
• Proven ability to automate manual workflows

• Exposure to AI‑powered features in production systems
