• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Robotics or Mechatronics
• Familiarity with NVIDIA platforms such as Omniverse, Isaac, and Cosmo
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey findings, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement to stakeholders and team members
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to guide project direction and support alignment with stakeholder objectives
• Experience in engaging with stakeholders at a strategic level, providing insights and recommendations that align with their business goals and operational needs
• Familiarity with data management and analysis tools, as well as experience in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes

• An advanced degree (master's or Ph.D.) in a STEM‑related field, such as Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• In‑depth knowledge of AI and robotics technologies, including awareness of emerging trends and best practices across industries
• Strong familiarity and hands‑on experience with NVIDIA platforms such as Omniverse, Isaac, and Cosmo
• Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business value and innovation, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that leverage advanced technologies in AI and robotics

As a Physical AI R&D Senior Consultant in EY Physical AI (PhAI) Lab, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of Physical AI initiatives. You will leverage your extensive experience to provide high-level guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams, enabling the successful integration of advanced technologies in robotics and AI applications. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how organizations harness the power of Physical AI, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions across various industries.

• Drive strategic planning and execution for Physical AI initiatives, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and stakeholder business objectives
• Provide expert technical guidance on best practices for integrating software and hardware components within Physical AI applications
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and enhance AI and robotics solutions
• Lead client showcases and strategy sessions to demonstrate Physical AI capabilities and value
