Required experience: 5-8 years in SAP ABAP development

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP ABAP solutions.
• Design, develop, and enhance custom ABAP programs, interfaces, reports, and forms (WRICEF objects).
• Implement Object-Oriented ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, and performance-optimized coding practices.
• Lead technical design workshops and provide guidance on SAP development best practices.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and ensure alignment with functional requirements.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle: coding, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with functional teams and middleware experts for seamless integration.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure compliance with SAP standards.
• Implement robust error handling and logging mechanisms for high-availability systems.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Provide mentorship, training, and knowledge transfer to junior developers and cross-functional teams.

• Strong expertise in ABAP Objects, CDS Views, OData services.
• Hands‑on experience with RICEF development.
• Proficient in BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, IDoc/ALE, and Workflow development.
• Experience optimizing ABAP on HANA, including performance tuning and AMDP.
• Knowledge of debugging, performance tuning, and integration across SAP modules.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Agile environments; experience with JIRA/Azure Dev Ops is a plus.

• Experience with Solution Design & Implementation of SAP ABAP solutions.
• Technical leadership and project delivery experience.
• Experience conducting performance optimization and quality assurance.
