Job DescriptionRIB Spec Link is the platform that enables architects, engineers, and building professionals to define what gets built, how, and to what standard. We are bringing AI into the heart of specification work to help customers make better decisions faster while maintaining the rigor and trust the industry demands. In this role, you will lead full lifecycle AI product ownership across the Spec Link platform, driving strategy, execution, optimization, and adoption of AI‑powered workflows and collaboration tools for the AEC industry.
Key Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end lifecycle execution of AI‑powered product capabilities from discovery and roadmap definition through launch, optimization, and scale.
- Conduct customer research, workflow analysis, and market validation to identify high‑impact product opportunities.
- Drive AI product operations, including human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, AI tuning and behavioral optimization, continuous evaluation, and iteration loops.
- Establish observability, telemetry, and usage analytics; monitor AI performance, adoption, and reliability.
- Define AI quality standards, evaluation methodologies, and guardrails to ensure trustworthy and scalable customer experiences.
- Lead pricing, packaging, product adoption, and Product‑Led Growth initiatives using KPIs, experimentation, and customer insights.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to align priorities and deliver customer value.
- Prioritize roadmap, plan releases, define GTM motions, and coordinate customer enablement activities.
- Uphold the RIB Product Lifecycle Management process and help scale AI product development best practices.
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, including 3+ years at a senior level.
- Shipped production‑grade AI products (not pilots) with hands‑on knowledge of evaluation, agentic workflows, and failure modes.
- Hands‑on experience with prompt design, AI workflows, agentic orchestration, human‑in‑the‑loop experiences, AI evaluation frameworks and guardrails, AI observability and telemetry, and production AI workflow iteration.
- Designed product experiences that evolved with AI tools, directing AI on complex, ambiguous problems.
- Experience scaling products through 0→1 launches or 1→10 growth phases.
- Strong customer discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Contributed to GTM strategy, pricing, packaging, and product adoption initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or related field.
- AI fluency level: L3 (Builder) minimum.
- Business travel up to 15%.
- Experience with in AEC, construction, building products, or specification management industries.
- Technical depth in RAG, Graph RAG, Structured Generation, agentic workflows, Knowledge Graphs, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Designing AI‑assisted enterprise workflows that balance automation with human oversight.
- Familiarity with AI observability platforms, telemetry frameworks, and operational analytics.
- Experience with spec‑driven development practices and AI‑assisted execution workflows.
- Proven leadership experience mentoring or developing distributed product or engineering teams.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MEM, or technical discipline preferred).
