Senior/Lead Engineer Salesforce Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Engineer with deep expertise in the Salesforce Platform and Sales Cloud, along with strong knowledge of platform security, governance, and secure application development. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions that streamline sales processes, strengthen data protection, and enhance user productivity. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross functional technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high quality CRM functionality.

A key focus of this position is ensuring all development adheres to Salesforce security best practices, including CRUD/FLS compliance, sharing model enforcement and secure Apex patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable full stack Applications
• Expertise in Salesforce Platform solutions with a core focus on Sales and Service Cloud objects, automation, metadata configuration, platform limits, and multi object data models.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components to meet complex business requirements.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs following best practices and governor limit guidelines.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Flow Builder and Approval Processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and enforce coding standards within the development team.
• Perform data migrations and manage data integrity using tools such as Data Loader, Workbench.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement timely resolutions.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Manage and execute Salesforce deployments using Git Hub Actions-based CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable, automated, and version-controlled releases across sandbox and production environments.
• Apply strong Salesforce Platform Security practices, including field-level encryption, Shield platform encryption, CRUD/FLS enforcement, sharing model alignment, secure Apex patterns, and auditability across all development.

Pay rate: 60-70/hr. determined during the interview process by hiring team
