Responsibilities
  • Participate in testing, implementation, maintenance, and escalated support of TIH’s most complex solutions
  • Develop customized code, perform software integration, analysis, and configuration, or use tools pertinent to the area, project, or system to generate solutions
  • Ensure adherence to company and industry standards
  • Provide technical consultation on extremely challenging or unusual situations
  • Write and run unit tests
  • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering equipment capacity, operating time, and desired results
  • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices
  • Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
  • Mentor less experienced teammates to build technical expertise
  • Serve as the technical expert on the team, answering and solving the most complex, unusual issues
  • Act as an Agile champion: deliver high‑quality working software, automate manual/reusable tasks, and consult with the business from the beginning of the design work
  • Leverage continuous engineering practices to deliver business value
  • Actively participate in refining user stories
  • Develop unit tests and support integration and functional testing
  • Provide warranty support and knowledge transfer to production support
  • Develop code in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner
  • Leverage continuous integration and deployment practices (CI/CD) using Terraform on AWS and Microsoft Azure
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field of study plus 8 years of experience as a developer; alternatively, Master’s degree in the same field plus 6 years of experience
  • Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for deploying applications and leveraging cloud native services (EC2, ECS, S3, VPC, Route
    53, Cloud Watch, Amazon RDS, Azure Web Apps, App Insights, Azure SQL, Entra , Virtual Network, Custom DNS, Azure AD, Key Vault, Communication services)
  • Extensive experience in Software Design & Development Methodologies such as Scrum and Agile Development Methodology
  • Dev Ops experience in CI/CD using Terraform on AWS and Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment and managing code versioning and history using Azure Repo, Git, Git Lab
  • Experience in application architecture design
  • Technical Team Lead capabilities – work assignment, problem solving, ensuring best practices, code review, and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of distributed systems and software development from front‑end UI to API and backend database systems
  • Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge
  • Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes
  • Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices
  • Ability to lead complex projects
  • Sophisticated analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective
  • Fluency in English (Required)
  • Position allows telecommuting from home within commuting distance of Alpharetta, GA
