• Design, develop and operate high‑scale applications across the full engineering stack.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
• Apply modern software development practices (serverless computing, microservices architecture, CI/CD, infrastructure‑as‑code, etc.).
• Work across teams to integrate our systems with existing internal systems, Data Fabric, and CSA Toolset.
• Participate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions to turn business requirements and vision into reality.
• Participate in a tight‑knit, globally distributed engineering team.
• Triage product or system issues and debug, track, and resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on network, service operations and quality.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Research, create, and develop software applications to extend and improve on Equifax Solutions.
• Collaborate on scalability issues involving access to data and information.
• Actively participate in Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and other team activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years experience writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in mainstream Java, Spring Boot, Type Script/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 5+ years experience with cloud technologies: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 5+ years experience designing and developing cloud‑native solutions.
• 5+ years experience designing and developing microservices using Java, Spring Boot and cloud technologies.
• 5+ years experience deploying and releasing software using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, and understanding infrastructure‑as‑code concepts, Helm Charts, and Terraform constructs.
• Experience with Generative AI (e.g., Vertex AI) or advanced Generative AI (Gen AI) and agentic applications.
• Experience designing and developing big‑data processing solutions using Dataflow/Apache Beam, Bigtable, Big Query, Pub/Sub, GCS, Composer/Airflow, and others.
• UI development experience with HTML, JavaScript, Angular, and Bootstrap.
• Backend experience with JAVA/J2EE, Spring Boot, SOA, and microservices.
• Proficiency with source‑code control systems such as SVN, Git, Git Hub and build tools like Maven and Gradle.
• Agile environments (Scrum, XP).
• Relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL).
• Atlassian tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Git Hub).
• Developing with modern JDK (v1.7+).
• Automated testing experience (JUnit, Selenium, Load Runner, SoapUI).

• Self‑starter who identifies and responds to priority shifts with minimal supervision.
• Customer and product‑centric mindset; builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including product, business, and sales partners.
• Proven ability to drive engineering excellence in security, quality, reliability, performance, cost optimization, and efficiency.
