AI Enablement Lead​/Forward Deployed Engineer

We're conducting a retained search for an innovative technology company that is redefining how AI is integrated into business operations. Our client is looking for a highly technical, customer-facing Forward Deployed AI Engineer / AI Enablement Lead to work directly with business leaders, translate complex challenges into AI solutions, and drive enterprise AI adoption.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building, consulting, and shipping real AI products—not just prototypes.

• Partner directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Design, prototype, and deploy production-ready AI solutions using modern LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Build AI copilots, intelligent workflows, RAG applications, and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Lead AI enablement initiatives by educating users, improving adoption, and establishing AI best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and platforms.
• Work across product, engineering, data, and executive leadership to accelerate AI transformation.

• 5+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or AI application development experience.
• Hands-on experience with modern Generative AI technologies, including large language models and prompt engineering.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and modern software architecture.
• Familiarity with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, orchestration frameworks (such as Lang Chain or Llama Index), and model evaluation techniques.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Consulting, solution engineering, sales engineering, or customer-facing implementation experience is highly valued.
