Senior Developer – Government & Public Sector Service Delivery Center

Key Responsibilities- Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs
- Designing and developing user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience
- Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives
- Actively participating in the design of software components and translating requirements into technical design and tasks
- Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives
- Assisting with providing estimates on assigned tasks
- Independently producing quality code that is simple, reliable, and scalable
- Analyzing and fixing moderate to complex problems during development and support, documenting and communicating results appropriately
- Participating in white‑boarding sessions, impact analysis, and exploring methods and tools to improve the overall development process
- Learning new client information quickly and translating data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems
- Possessing a strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies
- Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices
- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements
- Designing and developing user interfaces
- Experience participating in the design of software components
- Experience interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives
- Ability to independently write quality code
- Ability to learn new client information quickly and translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems
- Possess a strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies
- Proficient in application development tools and quality assurance practices
- Bachelor’s degree
- Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML
- JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience integrating with external systems
Due to the nature of our work in the Government and Public Sector, work may be required to be completed at client, EY, and/or contractor sites. Work may be required beyond the local area based on client and project needs. Candidates should be willing to travel 20–30% or more.
Compensation and Benefits- The base salary range for this role across all U.S. geographic locations is $67,000 to $136,800, with higher ranges in select metro areas.

- Employees are expected to work in person 40–60% of the time in client-serving roles.
