Software Developer, Backend Developer, Java Developer

S & V Tek Systems LLC is seeking Software Developer to:

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot. Implement business logic, data persistence, and service layers.
• Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or No
  
  SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) by integrating them with Spring Data/JPA.
• Implement security mechanisms using Spring Security, OAuth, JWT, and other authentication protocols.
• Develop unit tests and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Boot.
• Write and maintain Cucumber feature files to define application behavior and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Automate acceptance criteria with Cucumber to validate business functionality across both front-end and back-end services.
• Ensure that Cucumber tests are integrated into the CI pipeline to provide continuous feedback on the quality of the code.
• Develop and maintain Jenkins pipelines for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Configure Jenkins jobs to automate builds, testing, and deployment of applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• One year’s working experience in application development.
• Skills including Java, Spring Boot, Visualforce, SQL, Git, Jenkins, Spring Security, JWT, and OAuth.

This position requires frequent relocation to client sites at various unanticipated locations throughout the US.

Full time, 40 hour/week.
