Agentic AI FDE Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI FDE Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments. This is an individual contributor role that requires a balance of architecture, system design, and hands-on coding.

Required Qualifications

6 to 15 years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years of experience in AI/ML application design and development.
Strong programming expertise in Python is required. Experience with JavaScript/Node.js is a plus.
Proven experience in architecture and system design with the ability to translate technical designs into scalable, production-ready implementations.
Must be comfortable spending 50–70% of time on hands-on development activities.
Experience building end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including data preparation, model integration, and application deployment.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as:

Scikit-Learn
Tensor Flow
Py Torch

Strong experience designing and implementing scalable AI/ML systems using:

APIs
Microservices architecture
Event-driven architectures

Proficiency in handling structured and unstructured data using:

Pandas
Num Py

Experience deploying and optimizing AI workloads on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including:

Git version control
CI/CD pipelines
Logging and monitoring
Production support and performance tuning

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
Architect and build production-ready Agentic AI systems and services.
Develop and integrate AI models into applications using modern software engineering practices.
Design and implement APIs, microservices, and event-driven components to support AI capabilities.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI workloads in cloud environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and production readiness of AI applications.
Provide technical leadership through hands-on development and architectural best practices.

Additional Information

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. Candidates must be comfortable designing solutions as well as actively coding, debugging, and supporting production implementations.
Candidates with strong software engineering fundamentals and practical AI/ML implementation experience are highly preferred.
