• Lead a team of Java developers in the design and development of software applications
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in Java development best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability
