Job Description
- Java Application Server support experience
- Programming experience (Python, Java, Perl, Ruby, Bash, etc) developing and consuming APIs
- SVN, GIT, Maven, Atlassian Tool Suite
- Review error and audit logs
- Work with vendors, IT staff, and end users to troubleshoot problems with Java applications
- Monitor Java performance, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and analyze cause of performance problems
- Work on problems requiring expert experience
- Exercise judgment using procedures and practices to determine appropriate course of action
- Mentor more junior members of the team
- Provide expert level expertise to customers and more junior members of the team
