Job Overview

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain cloud‑based solutions that automate, execute, and implement processes for ADP’s payroll, tax, HR, and benefits platforms. Your focus will be on keeping these services highly reliable, available, and scalable.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and provide hands‑on solutions across multiple products and teams to accelerate feature delivery while ensuring strong security and resilient designs.
  • Participate in daily scrums to coordinate responsibilities, identify issues, and set coding priorities.
  • Act as the point person for developers and operations, presenting solutions and system designs to leadership.
  • Design and extend existing Dev Ops and CI/CD tools to help products reach market faster with automation.
  • Support engineers by diagnosing issues, writing code to fix them, and quickly adapting to changing product needs.
  • Apply new technologies, deliver solutions, and iterate using a ‘fail fast, fail safe’ approach.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in a Lead Dev Ops, Lead SRE, or similar role.
  • Experience building fully automated, highly elastic cloud‑orchestrated platforms on AWS or Azure.
  • Hands‑on experience with Cloud (AWS, EKS), Containerization (K8S), Orchestration (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Helm), Clustering, and CI/CD tools at enterprise scale.
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as Python.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Certifications in AWS/Cloud & K8S/Containers are a plus.
