As an Orange theory Fitness Head Coach, you are responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the fitness team, and serving as the face of fitness in the studio. You lead the OTF community, setting the tone for member engagement, studio energy, and overall fitness culture. In this role, you will manage the coaching staff schedule, motivate members through pre‑designed workouts, and ensure an exceptional fitness experience for every member.

You bring expertise in both coaching and staff development, while being an inspiring, visible presence in the studio that fosters community, connection, and commitment.

• Create a positive, high‑energy, respectful OTF studio environment
• Manage all aspects of the OTF coaching staff using the OTF business model
• Hire, train and educate new OTF coaches for success using the OTF business model
• Monitor, develop and evaluate performance of OTF coaches
• Ensure functionality, organization, and cleanliness of the training floor and other studio areas
• Maintain the OTF class schedule and manage the MBO system
• Meet performance metrics (KPI) related to the fitness team
• Follow up with new and current OTF members
• Conduct monthly fitness staff meetings and attend all required webinars, meetings and learning opportunities
• Handle member concerns professionally and objectively with a goal of resolution
• Work 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 15‑18 classes per week (opening, mid‑day, closing, weekends and special studio events). All other hours must be in the studio
• Lead or assist Sales Associates with OTF studio tours/sales and keep pricing options current
• Lead or assist the Studio Manager with OTF marketing events in the community to drive leads and support business development
• Participate in a minimum of two OTF classes per week in the home studio
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Current fitness certification from an OTF‑approved provider list
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Ability to work and function in a team environment
• 1‑2 years of coaching in a boutique fitness studio required;
  Orange theory preferred
• 1‑2 years of leadership experience in the fitness industry preferred
