Overview

Chroma Early Learning Academy is a high-quality early education and childcare program serving children from 6 weeks to 12 years. We are committed to providing safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environments while partnering closely with families and our community.

Chroma Early Learning Academy is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bus Driver to transport children to and from school, field trips, and program-related activities. The ideal candidate is punctual, patient, and dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in their care.

• Safely transport children to and from designated locations following assigned routes and schedules
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
• Ensure all children are properly secured and follow safety procedures at all times
• Maintain accurate attendance and transportation records
• Communicate effectively with school staff regarding schedules, delays, or concerns
• Follow all state, local, and Chroma Early Learning Academy transportation policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bus environment

• Valid Georgia Driver’s License (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain if required)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
• Previous experience driving a school bus or large passenger vehicle preferred
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor

• Morning and afternoon routes (before and after school hours)
• Additional hours may be available for field trips or special events

• CPR certification
