** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
* Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe and reliable operation.
* Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining professional communication with customers and dispatch.
* Monitor concrete quality and assist with the accurate placement and discharge of materials.
* Follow all company safety procedures, DOT regulations, and environmental requirements.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
* Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment in a variety of conditions.
* Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service excellence.
* Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently.
* Capability to perform job-related physical activities and adapt to changing operational demands.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $22.32 to $26.20 per hour
