Warehouse Operations Clerk

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

Under direction of management personnel, performs a variety of warehouse receiving, shipping, pulling and packing duties. Complete all tasks required in a safe and accurate manner. This position will encompass multiple departments of the warehouse operation.

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by counting, sorting, and weighing goods against shipping documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to support daily operations.
• Process various orders in SAP, including accessory, small, international, large, and RMA (credit and rework) sales orders.
• Perform quality checks on all IMS deliveries and outgoing shipments.
• Assist with handling refused deliveries and processing credit RMAs.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment (e.g., sweeping floors, dusting shelves).
• Accurately perform basic mathematical calculations required for job duties.
• Follow oral and written instructions effectively while maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within established timelines and deadlines, while remaining adaptable to change.

• 2 years of increasingly responsible experience in warehouse operations responsibilities.

• Working knowledge of a computerized inventory control system. Forklift Certified.
• Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a modern warehouse operational environment, PC computer skills including Microsoft Office Suites knowledge. SAP proficient.

• Sit and stand for extended periods.
• See and read a computer screen and printed matter with or without vision aids.
• Hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone.
• Speak so that others may understand at normal levels and on the telephone.
• Stand, walk, and bend over, reach overhead, grasp, push, pull and move, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds to waist height.
