This hands-on role plays a key part in ensuring products are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high operational standards.Key

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments for accuracy
• Unload, organize, and properly store materials throughout the warehouse
• Assist with inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shipping issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily shipping and operational goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience required
• Forklift certification required
• Experience using warehouse management systems or inventory software is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials with team assistance when necessary
• Must be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA
