Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00/hour (DOE) Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations within a Returns & Resale environment. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising warehouse associates, driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety and company policies are followed. The ideal candidate is a dependable, hands-on leader who can motivate a team, communicate effectively, solve problems quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support daily warehouse operations involving returned merchandise and resale processing. Lead, motivate, coach, and hold warehouse associates accountable for productivity and quality. Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies. Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Conduct shift huddles and communicate daily production goals and expectations. Assign labor and prioritize workflow based on operational needs.
Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement. Address performance concerns and implement corrective actions when necessary. Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development. Maintain accurate production records and communicate performance metrics to management. Partner with supervisors and management to improve workflow and operational efficiency. Assist with inventory organization, quality inspections, and process improvements. Address employee concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
Qualifications:
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or similar environment. Experience supervising 10+ employees preferred. Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with productivity tracking and performance management. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems, and/or scanners. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. We're Looking for Someone Who:
