Education and experience:

Applicant must have one of the following: AA degree or higher or 48 units of higher education or take and pass the district paraprofessional exam. Study guides are available for the in-person exam. There is currently one vacancy: 3.25 hours/day, 2:45 pm to 6:00 pm. Appointment is contingent upon passing a pre-placement physical that includes a drug screen and TB test. California State Law requires that all employees be fingerprinted and show proof of legal right to work in the United States. Employment is contingent upon fingerprint clearance. The District will send you to an assigned location to be fingerprinted upon hire.
