Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a VIP Host to greet and attend to Gold Tier guests, delivering world-class service and building personalized relationships. You will coordinate bookings, shuttle and hotel arrangements while actively recruiting new my Viejas Club members.
You will work across the casino floor and at my Viejas desks, using strong sales skills to promote loyalty, manage guest information, and support the Player Development team in service recovery and account resolution.
