Position Summary
Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. They support customers, manage the sales floor, operate cashier duties, assist pharmacy personnel, and deliver outstanding customer service. By working independently and collaboratively, they impact the health and well‑being of customers, communities, and the organization.
Essential Functions- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
- Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering assistance in locating additional items.
- Accurately performing cashier duties – handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision and following policies.
- Maintaining the sales floor: restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory tasks as directed.
- Supporting opening and closing store activities when needed.
- Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, keeping them fully stocked and operational.
- Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of growth opportunities.
- Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Physical Requirements:
- Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods.
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly.
- Visual acuity sufficient for computer terminal use, reading, and visual inspection of small parts.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Pay Range$17.40 – $17.40 per hour.
