Job SummaryAs a Technical Specialist in Native Mobile App Development, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality mobile applications that align with our organizational standards and client requirements. Your expertise will help guide the team in developing innovative solutions, ensuring the seamless integration of emerging technologies, and maintaining excellence in delivery for both product and sustenance projects.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and design solutions for native mobile applications using Java and Kotlin, ensuring that all development aligns with project goals and industry standards.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert (SME) to provide technical guidance and support for complex mobile application development challenges, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile‑app development technologies, ensuring solutions are innovative and meet evolving quality standards.
- Conduct training sessions and mentoring for team members to enhance their skills in native mobile app development and ensure a robust talent pipeline for future project needs.
- Gather and analyze client specifications to deliver tailored solutions in mobile applications, leveraging your understanding of both the technology stack and the specific domain.
- Review and validate project deliverables to guarantee adherence to design specifications and quality benchmarks, ensuring that all outputs are of the highest standard.
- Propose and implement client value‑creation initiatives, leveraging industry best practices in mobile development to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Expertise in native mobile app development using Java and Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of mobile‑application architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with development tools such as Android Studio and version control systems.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- In‑depth knowledge of mobile‑application lifecycle and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and guide team members.
- Optional but valuable certifications:
Google Associate Android Developer, Certified Kotlin Developer, or equivalent industry‑recognized certifications in mobile development.
Maximum Salary (US): $153,000. Minimum Salary (US): $100,000. A candidate’s pay within this range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
