Required:

Student must be enrolled at Sul Ross State University, work study eligible if hired on work study. Proficient office skills – typing, filing, telephone.

Preferred:
Office experience.

Must be able to work at least 10 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities

Employee will serve the clerical needs for the Residential Living Office, including: answering phones, relaying messages, running reports, processing mail/packages, maintaining inventories, processing paperwork, scanning, emailing, some processes in the housing software, escorting students or Physical Plant employees, running errands, etc.

Position is security sensitive and will require a background screening.
