Required- Master’s degree in Criminal Justice or a master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in Criminal Justice. Classroom teaching experience.
- PhD and prior university teaching experience.
- Dual-credit teaching experience.
- Blackboard experience.
SRSU seeks qualified, adjunct/part-time instructors to teach dual‑enrollment students enrolled in freshman‑ and sophomore‑level university courses in Criminal Justice.
- Teach in-person courses at a variety of days and times.
- Create engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material.
- Use a course syllabus for each course, following established institutional guidelines.
- Evaluate students to measure their progress in achieving course objectives and inform students in a timely manner of their progress.
- Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.
