• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Learn new skills as necessary.
• Comfortably operate Microsoft Office software.
• Support students, faculty and administration in a positive and professional manner.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be solution oriented.
• Uphold FERPA and other confidential matters.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week.

• Coordinate with faculty mentor to guide and direct activities.
• Assist faculty members with collecting and analyzing data and reporting results on various research projects.
• Co‑lead planning, data collection, data analysis, reports, and publications, with expectation of increasing leadership over the term of the project.
• Initiate communication of project status to the faculty mentor and co‑develop communications with stakeholders.
• Mentor an undergraduate student.
• Ensure personal safety and safety of others; exercise caution and practice safe work habits at all times.
• Position is security sensitive.
