Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree, currently working toward a master’s degree; must be enrolled in 9 semester credits in the fall or spring and 6 semester credits in the summer.
- Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Learn new skills as necessary.
- Comfortable operating Microsoft Office software.
- Support students, faculty and administration in a positive and professional manner.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be solution oriented.
- Uphold FERPA and other confidential matters.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week.
- Coordinate with a faculty mentor to guide and direct activities.
- Assist faculty members with collecting and analyzing data and reporting results on various research projects.
- Assist other students as part of the research team and take ownership in all aspects of the research project, including planning, data collection, data analysis, reports, and publications.
- Communicate project status to the faculty mentor as requested and help communicate with stakeholders.
- Mentor an undergraduate student.
- Ensure personal safety and the safety of others; exercise caution and practice safe work habits at all times.
- Observe security-sensitive procedures as required for this position.
