$2,550-$3,200/class as determined by qualifications and enrollments.

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduates of all abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to the use of innovative instructional techniques and technologies including online course management systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to work with diverse populations, such as under‑resourced groups and first‑generation students.

• Teach assigned courses in accordance with the SRSU’s approved course descriptions.
• Incorporate appropriate teaching‑learning strategies, technologies, and assessment methods for evaluation of student learning into the course.
• Follow guidelines for preparing and submitting course syllabi.
• Meet all scheduled classes and adhere to the academic schedule, which includes final exam times.
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards of conduct.
• Position is security sensitive.
• Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice safe work habits at all times.
