Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and at least 5 years of related experience. Proficiency with Blue Beam and Heavy Job software is preferred, along with the ability to work under various outdoor conditions. A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is offered after 90 days of employment.
