Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using various order guides and history;
Train assigned associates in proper presentation, freshness, and pricing standards for perishable areas;
Train associates in proper stocking, rotation, and safe handling of perishable products;
Record perishable markdowns, analyze causes, and take corrective action to prevent recurrences.
