Pay for the position includes a base rate of $12.00 per hour plus uncapped commission potential. The average with commission is $17.00 per hour with the opportunity to make more.

You will get to know your customers and discover their needs, provide individualized service, equip them with wireless products and services, and practice Russell Cellular’s core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service.

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services, demonstrating outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for upsell opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, office/administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills, ability to build relationships and adapt to diverse customers.
• Motivation and drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
