Local Side Load CDL Truck Driver

Republic Services -  - Responsibilities:
Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order;
Safely operate the heavy truck along the designated route and to the disposal site, reading route sheets and servicing each customer as identified;
Operate manual and/or automatic controls to lift and load refuse, operate compactor, and dispose of material at the designated facility;
Courteously interact with customers, dispatchers and others to ensure routes are serviced promptly and professionally;
Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag containers according to procedures
