Founded by Cat Lyon—a designer whose passion and expertise have taken her from Brazil to international projects—the firm blends creativity with functionality to create inspiring spaces. We are now seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations as we continue to grow.

As our Accountant, you will manage day-to-day financial activities, maintain accurate records, and provide insightful financial analysis. You will play a critical role in ensuring our operations remain financially sound while supporting the creative work that defines Lyon Interior Design.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support strategic decision‑making.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary filings.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals during audits.

• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably within a small business or creative environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• CPA certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
