Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. You will show, lease, tour, and sign leases, generate new leads, and complete required paperwork while maintaining accurate leasing data and meeting leasing goals.
On-site work requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
