This is a full-time on-site role located in Alsip, IL. The Mitigation Crew Chief will lead and oversee disaster recovery projects, including water, fire, and mold mitigation services. Responsibilities include managing crews, delegating tasks, ensuring proper use of equipment, and maintaining project timelines. The Crew Chief will also communicate with customers, provide updates, document processes, and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.

• Experience in restoration services, including water, fire, and mold mitigation
• Strong leadership, team management, and delegation skills
• Ability to operate and maintain restoration equipment with proficiency
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and project updates
• Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills for efficient project supervision
• Familiarity with safety procedures, industry compliance standards, and emergency services
• Physical fitness to perform fieldwork and lift heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• IICRC certifications in water, fire, or mold restoration are preferred
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and a positive work environment
