** Purpose of the Role
** We are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to lead Finance Operations across Europe, ensuring efficient service delivery, process excellence, and compliance across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.

This role provides direct leadership to Finance Operations Team Leads and drives continuous improvement, process standardization, automation initiatives, and the integration of newly acquired businesses. The position plays a key role in supporting business performance through reliable and effective financial operations.

Roles & Responsibilities *
* * Lead, coach and develop the GL, AP and AR team leads to drive performance excellence, employee engagement and continuous improvement.
* Define priorities, objectives, performance metrics and KPIs for the Finance Operations team and monitor progress against agreed service delivery targets.
* Oversee the execution of Europe Finance Operations activities, including GL, AP and AR, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant delivery of services.
* Manage complex operational matters, escalations and cross-functional issues, ensuring practical resolution and appropriate stakeholder alignment.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, procedures and regulatory requirements across Finance Operations processes.
* Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, automation and standardization to improve efficiency, control and service quality.
* Collaborate with Finance leadership, FP&A, Controlling and functional stakeholders to support decision-making and align Finance Operations with business needs.
* Support integration and standardization of newly acquired businesses, ensuring Finance Operations processes are embedded in a consistent and scalable way.  
** Job Requirements
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
* 5+ years in a leadership role within Finance Operations or a similar environment, with a proven track record of leading teams, driving operational excellence, supporting business integration, and delivering process improvement and implementation initiatives.
* Professional accounting certification, such as CPA or equivalent, and experience in a Big 4 is preferred.
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish.
* Driving licence.
** Compensation
* * The starting base salary for this position is 67.000€ fix gross per year, plus management bonus and extralegal benefits.
