Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Production
Description
As an In-Process Quality Technician at Betts Precision, you'll be a key member of our Quality team — ensuring parts meet spec where it matters most:
right at the machine
. Rather than waiting for parts to hit the inspection bench, you’ll move between CNC machines
, performing spot checks and in-process inspections
. You’ll use tools like micrometers, calipers, gauges, and vision systems to verify critical features during production. Your job helps catch issues early, support less experienced machinists, and keep production flowing with confidence. This hands-on, proactive role is essential to our commitment to quality, especially in our shop supporting newer team members.
About Us Betts Precision is a family-owned medical device manufacturer focused on creating a safe, engaging workplace where team members can grow technically and personally.
