You will be working together with the business development team to drive drive growth by developing high-quality, nutritious, and sustainable products.

The role is based in Belgium (Herentals).

Key Responsibilities
*** Develop winning seasonings and coatings for the snack industry
* Act as the technical contact for our customers
* Support presentations, organize and execute workshops and train the customer by showing our products in applications & marketable formats, in cooperation with sales and marketing.
* Conduct raw material evaluations and support optimization of the raw material database.
** What You Bring
*** Master / Bachelor’s, preferably in Food Science or Food Technology
* Fluent in English and Dutch
* Project Management skills
* Flexible in willing to travel within Europe to support our customers
* Experience in development and application of seasonings is a plus
* Self-confident and enthusiastic in presenting product concepts to customers
* Passionate about food, hands-on and well-organized
