Reliability Lead

• Shift: Full Time, Any Shift (M-F: 7am-4pm; off shifts as needed)

• Salary: $77,761 - $97,201; plus annual target bonus

• Manage cross‑functional projects and short‑ and long‑term strategic initiatives and provide hands‑on technical support to resolve the manufacturing plant’s issues
• Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis
• Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
• Manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&)
• Other projects or duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree
