• Salary: $115,434 - $144,293 plus annual target bonus

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Processes, providing technical leadership and driving process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals using Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Adhere to all established safety, health, and quality General Manufacturing Process (GMP) policies, procedures and practices for the company.
• Oversee the optimal operation of the assigned plant’s Manufacturing Processes i.e., hands on process adjustments, changes to maintain required productivity, etc. Including Centerline documents and Process Control Plans.
• Manage the documentation, tooling audits, and maintenance direction of all tooling used in the Manufacturing Process including change activities and processes.
• Apply statistical methods to improve process capability and reduce process variation.
• Participate on Continuous Quality Improvement team for plant process improvement.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of Process Management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 10+ years of Process Management experience.

• Master’s Degree.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Six Sigma certifications, i.e., Management and Strategy Institute.
• Knowledge of Infinity SPC or similar SPC software, JMP, Minitab, or similar statistical software.
