Production Technician 2nd Shift

Plastipak Production Technicians operate equipment to manufacture a variety of plastic containers in a clean and safe work environment. Associates take pride in maintaining our high standards of quality products and our positive team culture.

• Operate production equipment in a safe manner.
• Monitor production and make adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Inspect and remove plastic containers with visual defects, or pack products for distribution.
• Grow knowledge and skills through a wide variety of training and on‑job experiences.

• Able to work the 2nd shift.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Basic hand‑tool proficiency (wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.).
• Mechanical, electrical or other technical/machine operation ability; experience gained through paid or unpaid work is acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to be a productive team member.
• Physical requirement: able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

• $20 per hour.
• $1 per hour shift differential for the 2nd shift.
