We are seeking a Operator 3, Bakery Mixer - 3rd Shift to join our bakery team. As a Operator 3, Bakery Mixer - 3rd Shift
, you will be accountable for accurately measuring, staging, and documenting ingredients to support production operations while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role is critical to maintaining product consistency, recipe accuracy, and operational efficiency.

• Accurately weigh, measure, and stage ingredients according to recipe specifications and production schedules.
• Verify and document ingredient lot codes and lot code changes to maintain traceability and compliance.
• Inspect ingredients prior to use to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP, allergen control, food defense, and food safety requirements at all times.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and legible production and quality documentation.
• Support equipment reliability and operational efficiency by reporting concerns and using equipment properly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while complying with all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one (1) year of related manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food processing experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to accurately follow recipes, work instructions, SOPs, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 8 hours or more.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work around moving equipment and conveyors while adhering to safety requirements.

• Experience in the food manufacturing or baking industry.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
