Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6pm

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Sales Associate to join our retail team at a leading medical supply company. • - Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate medical supplies based on their needs
• - Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries accurately and professionally
• - Process sales transactions efficiently using the sales system
• - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
• - Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• - Educate customers on product usage, safety, and benefits
• - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service
• - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety standards

Requirements

• - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to understand and explain medical supply products clearly
• - Basic computer skills
• - Attention to detail and organizational skills
• - Compassionate attitude and willingness to assist customers with diverse needs
• - High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or sales training is a plus
