** Doel van de functie
** De onderhoudstechnieker staat in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van installaties, machines en infrastructuur. Hij/zij zorgt ervoor dat productie- en bedrijfsprocessen veilig, efficiënt en zonder ongeplande stilstanden kunnen verlopen.##
** Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden**###
** 1. Preventief onderhoud
*** Uitvoeren van geplande onderhoudswerkzaamheden volgens schema.
* Controleren van machines op slijtage, defecten en afwijkingen.
* Tijdig vervangen van onderdelen om storingen te voorkomen.###
** 2. Curatief onderhoud & storinganalyse
*** Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen.
* Herstellen van mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische of hydraulische componenten (afhankelijk van profiel).
* Snelle en efficiënte interventies om stilstanden te minimaliseren.###
** 3. Installatie & optimalisatie
*** Installeren, testen en in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe machines en installaties.
* Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties (TPM, 5S, continuous improvement).
* Ondersteunen bij technische projecten en upgrades.###
** 4. Documentatie & administratie
*** Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem (CMMS).
* Rapporteren van storingen, gebruikte materialen en hersteltijden.
* Bijwerken en naleven van technische documentatie en veiligheidsrichtlijnen.###
** 5. Veiligheid
*** Werken volgens veiligheidsinstructies en procedures (LOTO, PBM’s, ATEX, …).
* Signaleren van risico’s en bijdragen aan een veilige werkplek.
* Actief deelnemen aan toolboxmeetings en audits.##
** Profiel**###
** Opleiding & ervaring
*** Technisch diploma (elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of gelijkaardig).
* Eerste ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker is een plus, maar niet altijd vereist.###
** Technische vaardigheden (afhankelijk van sector)
*** Kennis van elektriciteit, PLC-basis, pneumatica, hydraulica of mechanica.
* Kunnen lezen van technische plannen en schema’s.
* Basiskennis van onderhoudssystemen (CMMS) is een pluspunt.###
** Competenties
* ** Probleemoplossend denken.
* Hands-on mentaliteit.
* Teamspeler maar ook zelfstandig kunnen werken.
* Stressbestendig en flexibel.
